Product Description The Thule 688B Atlantis 2100 Rooftop Cargo Box updates a classic design that has been proven to work by the test of time. The Thule Atlantis 2100 is the largest box in the Atlantis line and provides massive storage capacity. The Atlantis comes pre-installed with a new QuickGrip mounting system so you'll be on the road in seconds, and mounts directly to most after-market and factory-installed roof racks. This cargo box not only lets you access your gear from either side of the car using Thule's patented Dual-Side opening feature, but is easy to open and close with an improved locking system that features a user-friendly, padded key and readable decal. And as always, Thule's built-in safety feature means that the key can only be removed when the box is fully closed, so you don't accidentally lock yourself out. The Atlantis has an eye-catching design, sleek black finish that compliments the aerodynamic lines of today's new car designs, measures 36 x 92.5 x 18 inches (W x D x H), and has a load capacity of 21 cubic feet. What's in the Box? 688B rooftop cargo box, 2 x straps, 4 x slide strips (pre-installed), 2 x keys, and instruction guide Manufacturer's Warranty Limited lifetime warranty

Watch Out !! December 19, 2008 Watch out I ordered The Thule 2100 the product came with a srcatch( I got over that )I threw it on top of my suv and started to load my skis and stuff in it for the weekend when I realized that it did not hold as much stuff as my old thule 2100 . The carton it was shipped in was labled 2100 the stickers all over the thule said 2100 ,but it measured as the 1800 clearly this was a mistake from thule .Amazon gave me 20% of the price of the higher cost item which barly made my head ache go away from all of the frustration of wanting and ordering something differnt than I received .JH
VERY Disappointed September 4, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had the same problem as another customer!!! I ordered a NEW Thule 2100 and it came very damaged!!!! again it came wrapped in plastic etc. so not sure it was done during shipping!!! Looks like it was sent to me as a used damaged item!!!! large cuts in the top along with scraps all over. It also came only with one key and one of the latches was hanging off!!!! I'M VERY UPSET BECAUSE I NEEDED IT FOR THIS WEEKEND!!!!!!

Warning - The Atlantis 2100 Will Not Fit on a 2003 Honda Pilot June 13, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have a 2003 Honda Pilot with a factory roof rack. The Thule website (as of early June 2008) clearly states that an Atlantis 2100 fits on a 2003 Honda Pilot. The web site is wrong (as Thule's customer service rep admitted to me on the phone). The Atlantis 2100 is about 8 inches too long and hangs over the back preventing the rear hatch from opening completely. Thule - please correct your web site!
Other than the web site inaccuracy, I think that the Atlantis line of products is quite good.
This is Huge May 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is just what my family of 7 needed for the long trips back home.
Sure does beat the snail ! August 31, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
So, I had a "snail" , otherwise known as the "Xcargo", from Sears for years. I got a new vehicle (Honda Pilot), and decided to step up with a Thule "box". It is surprisingly spacious, given its sleek construction. I really like the fact it opens from both sides. Know that there is an 110 lb weight limit for the box, although I'm not sure how I'm going to know when I reach that limit, or worse, what could happen if I exceed 110 1bs worth of stuff !
