I tried in my Mitsubishi and after several hours it reduced the water and smoke coming out of the pipe. Even the water seeping in the engine stopped. Hopefully will last longer but perhaps needs another application.
Worth trying considering it can be mixed with current coolant or water- only pour into radiator while engine running and drive or idle a bit.
However detailed instructions are lacking.
