Product Description
Just pour it in and MotorSilk engine treatment significantly improves engine efficiency by reducing friction and wear, resulting in fuel savings and maintenance savings for you. MotorSilk Gasoline Additive protects the fuel system from the adverse affects of moisture and corrosion.
The groundbreaking technology behind MotorSilk is called Boron CLS Bond, developed by Argonne National Labs for the US Department of Energy as an "extreme conditions" lubricant suitable for the demanding requirements of NASA. The technology was patented by the government in 1991 and is now available for personal, business and industry use.
MotorSilk Engine Treatment
One 16oz Engine Treatment treats engines with 5 quarts or less of crankcase oil capacity, which is the normal oil amount for most cars and light duty trucks. For engines with larger oil capacity, use additional MotorSilk treatments.
MotorSilk Automatic Transmission Treatment
One 10oz Automatic Transmission Treatment treats most cars and light truck transmissions. For larger transmissions add 10oz for every gallon of automatic transmission fluid specified in your Owner's Manual.
DO NOT USE MotorSilk Transmission Treatment in a Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT), or sealed transmission. The owner's manual for your vehicle will tell you what type of transmission you have.
MotorSilk Gas Treatment
One 16oz MotorSilk Gas Treatment is formulated to treat 18-24 gallons of gasoline. Refer to your Owner's Manual to determine your vehicle fuel capacity. For gas tanks smaller than the 18-24 gallon treated by a 16oz bottle, add an appropriate portion of the MotorSilk Gas Treatment bottle with each gas fill. For larger gas tanks, use additional MotorSilk Gas Treatments to maintain the proportions described above.

It Works! November 24, 2008
I was a bit skeptical at first, but it really works!
I bought the bundle of the MotorSilk Engine Treatment, the Automatic Transmission Treatment and the Gasoline Additive for my 1998 Taurus. I had 120,000 miles on the car and was getting ~ 20 MPG. After adding the MotorSilk products, I am up to 23.3 MPG (16% increase) and I am not even through the 1,000 mile run-in period described in the directions.
When I put the MotorSilk products in, I noticed a change in my car's quickness and acceleration almost immediately. I am guessing that was the Gasoline Additive.
I can't wait to see how my mileage improves over the next few hundred miles!
