Great product, wasteful packaging August 2, 2007

I ordered two of the grilles for our new RV. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how they were packaged for shipment. Each grill was shipped in a separate carton and the carton was big enough to easily fit 8 or more of the grilles and stuffed with tons of bubble wrap! Was that really necessary? The grilles themselves have their own packaging so the bubble wrap was only necessary to fill all of the wasted space in the shipping carton.
Please review your shipping policy for this product. It is not necessary to be so wasteful. Both grilles could have easily been shipped in a single significantly-smaller carton.
As for the grilles themselves, they are of very good quality and easily installed.
