 Easy to install at a fifth of cost August 18, 2010

I replaced the driver side handle of my 2001 Corolla. Could do it in 10 mins flat. Does not have the screws. So keep the screw from the original handle safe, to install the new handle. It works great. I bought the whole set in case other original handles break later on.
Cannot get cheaper than this for the quality replacement part.

I am not a handy man type, nor do i do repairs on my car without the supervision of someone who knows what they are doing. That being said, this is really pretty easy if you dont have power locks. I did 2 doors in about 20 minutes...just google how to do it if you need instructions.
The handles are cheap plastic, but so are originals so no difference there. I have had no issues with the new handles and its been several months.

This is really a good quality product, worth for its price. Very easy to install. You can find good videos on Youtube about how to install. This can save a lot of money too.

Great produc and perfect fit for 98'Corolla. Price for 2 pairs (4 total) even less than 1 piece from Dealer. Very easy fix with 5min per door. Product even came with a plastic hook fit onto the metallic rod of lock. Nothing you need but screw driver.

These handles worked great, no problems with the install. I used a screwdriver and a long nosed needle nosed pliers. Remove the screw, slide the handle assemble forward about a 1/4 inch and pull the assembly out. There is a locking mechanism that keeps the rod from falling out rotate it out of the way and pull the rod away from handle. I had to use the pliers to pull the rod out and put it back in (not a whole lot of room) Do that in reverse and you are back in business, NONE OF THE STEPS REQUIRED ANY EXCESSIVE FORCE. IF you have to put a lot of effort into it you are doing something wrong.
